Service Policy
 


1.   If the below policies has contradiction to or omission of the national policies, please conform to the national policies;

2.   For every legitimately purchased Hi-Tech Wealth's mobile phones in mainland of China , if it has quality problems listed in the Status stipulation of < Mobile Telephone Commercial Performance Problem Chart>, should be maintained under the HTW's customer service policies;

3.   Within the three guarantee period (guarantee to return, exchange and repair), if "Shang Wu Tong" mobile phones that have quality problems listed in the Status stipulation of < Mobile Telephone Commercial Performance Problem Chart>, the main board has one year warranty period from the purchasing date, the battery has half year warranty period from the purchasing date, and the battery charger has one year warranty period from the purchasing date;

4.   Earphone, the data line and other components listed in the < Mobile Phone Component Category Qualify for Three Guarantee > also enjoy the national three guarantee policy; the mobile phone given as the promotion gift also qualify for the national three guarantee policy;

5.   When a mobile phone is purchased, the distributor is obliged to fill out the <"Shang Wu Tong" Mobile Phone Three Guarantee Card> for the customer. The customer name and mobile phone information must be filled and stamped without changes;

6.   Within the three guarantee period, the customer must show the purchase receipt and the valid evidence of three guarantee, and then the customer can enjoy the right of three guarantee (guarantee to return, guarantee to exchange and guarantee to repair); if the customer cannot provide the receipt or any valid evidence, the three guarantee period starts from the 90 th day after the manufacture date;

7.  Within 7 days of purchase, if the " Shang Wu Tong " mobile phones that have quality problems listed in the Status stipulation of < Mobile Telephone Commercial Performance Problem Chart>, after checked to be true, the customer can go to his or her regional service center for return or exchange a same model new mobile phone, with purchase receipt and valid warranty card;

8.  From the 8 th to the 15 th day after purchased, if the " Shang Wu Tong " mobile phones that have quality problems listed in the Status stipulation of < Mobile Telephone Commercial Performance Problem Chart>, after checked to be true, the customer can go to his or her regional service center for exchange or repair;

9.  Notes for warranty: warranty only covers problems happened during normal usage. For problems caused by personal reasons, we will provide repair serve but charge an appropriate fee. Those problems include:

9.1st,damage cause by the user or third party's negligence, error, abuse, misuse or the disaster (ie.food liquid soak, water, the exogamic process, the scratches and damage);

9.2nd, the user opens the machine, and repair and re-equip without our approval (ie. Changing frequency, the installment and the adjustment);

9.3rd, the user used components that are not approved by the manufacturer, and didn't use and maintain the mobile phone according to the User's Manu;

9.4th, incorrect or improper operation causes mobile phone breakdown or damage.

9.5th, wear and torn of mobile phone labels and each kind of components (for example button)

9.6th, surpass three guarantee term of validity.

9.7th, don't have three guarantee of certificates and the valid receipt;

9.8th, the contents in three guarantee certificate don't conform to the real product label or has been changed;

10.  Although the product is in the three guarantee period and has problems listed in the < Mobile Telephone Commercial Performance Problem Chart>, but the product also has problems caused by personal reasons, then the product doesn't enjoy the right of warranty, but our company will provide repair service and charge material and service fee;

11.  Hi-Tech Wealth has the final right of explanation to the " Shang Wu Tong " mobile phone customer service policies.
